It is certainly incorrect to any building

petitioners have sustained any damage whatever except that which results from the general deterioration of landed property

and complainants' premises, and no one else has raised

objection to the Engine House.
I referred the question months

Attorney General, and Your Lordship will
perceive from his enclosed opinion that he did not consider the Government called on to ~ interfere-
even "ad misericordiam, His
advice to leave complainants to their remedy.
if in truth there has been
any
invasion of
their
legal rights, appeared at the time the best which this Goverment could adopt.-
